Participation in AUB’s MPH Practicum

LebMASH participated in the Masters in Public Health Practicum Preceptors’ Meeting at the American University of Beirut. Our executive director, Souad Al Challah, administrative associate, Saleem Zein, and executive board member, Dr. Zavi Lakissian, presented LebMASH’s mission, vision, and future projects that would welcome interested AUB students.

Following the meeting, we welcomed Catherin Witt, an AUB MPH student, to our offices as an intern. She worked on an extensive analysis of the HINAD mass-media campaign—Homosexuality Is Not A Disease—and its impact in the media.
